1.OVERBUST

Measure over the fullest part of your bust in your best-fitting bra

2.UNDERBUST

Place tape measure around your rib cage and let it rest just under your bust for the most accurate measurement.

3.WAIST

Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

4.HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

5.TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point

I’m 5’1” 151lbs. I typically wear a 34 DD bra and a 12-14 in street clothes. My measurements were in-between sizes based on the size chart so I opted for the large also taking into account the model information. I would recommend sizing up if you are a big busted girl. The cups are too small so my breasts hang out underneath. I would not be able to wear it if the part that ties around under your breast wasn’t there. The coverage on the bottom is good. The quality of the material seems nice.
